Hello I’m Faye ! I’m currently an apprentice at Little Wing’s Big Dreams, working towards my level 3 Childcare qualification.
I am very grateful to be part of the team here and our amazing nursery. I believe Little Wing’s really strive to help children develop their learning and understanding of themselves which I feel is so important for personal growth.
I have always wanted to progress my career in childcare, always wanting to be a teacher of some kind since I was little. I loved to play teachers and always used my teddy’s as students! To be able to do this in real life now and to play a vital role in children’s lives and future is extremely fulfilling for me.
I love to set up tuff trays for the children to enjoy and discover different topics.
My favourite activity is drawing as i think it allows the children to really explore their imagination in a calming way.
