My name is Millie-Jane. I am an early years educator in Swans room.
I have worked in childcare for nearly 7 years teaching all age groups from 0-4 years in a number of roles including Room Manager and key person.
I have a passion for children reaching their developmental milestones and next steps, it feels so rewarding when they are finally able to achieve something that we have been working hard towards!
I come from a Latin background and enjoy socialising with my friends in my spare time! Outside of work I love to recite positive affirmations with my little neice and make her feel good about herself in her body and her mind. This is something I will continue to do throughout my time with the children at Little Wings.
My favourite activity to do with the children is definitely anything arts and crafts! I love seeing the children’s body language and facial expressions when exploring messy play and engaging with new textures and colours.
