Sessions & Funding

There is a minimum booking requirement for all children of 2 full days a week.

Bookings must be for the same session(s) each week. Fees are calculated on a monthly basis and calculated based on 51 weeks a year taking into consideration our annual Christmas closure.

Our fees are due a calendar month in advance by direct debit or BACS payment on or before the 1st of each month.

Our fees apply to our business hours between 7:30am to 6:00 pm.

We accept Government funding of 15 hours and 30 hours for children aged 9 months- 5 years old, to contribute towards some of the costs of high quality, flexible childcare.

Each child’s funding entitlement will be stretched to cover 51 weeks of the year. For a child eligible for 15 hours of government funding, this will be 570 hours a year: when divided into the 51 weeks we are open this amounts to 11 hours a week. For a child eligible to 30 hours a week (1140 hours) this will be equivalent to 22 hours a week.

On a full day session, we apply a maximum of 10 hours funding per day.

Our Premium Funded Package comes at a reduced rate for all children entitled to funding. We do have a low hourly charge for any funded children. Any additional hours over the funded entitlement are charged at our private rate.

Our Premium Funded Package contributes towards meals and additional services outside of the government’s funded hours.

Fees are reviewed annually and 4 weeks minimum notice will be provided before any changes are made.

You will have the option to book in additional sessions on the FAMLY app.

Sibling and Full-Time Booking Discounts
Discounts are available for siblings in the nursery and apply for the duration that both children are attending. The rate of this discount will be 10% and it applies to the older of the two siblings. When the older child leaves the nursery, the discount is not passed down. 10% Discounts are also available for full time bookings Monday- Friday.
